I came to VA Mortgage Center.com in July 2008 but have been in the mortgage business since 1996. I have seen the market come full circle where the only loans available were conventional, FHA and VA and now to where it is back to that again. My experience is rare in my state where 90% of the mortgage loan officers have let their licenses lapse due to the inability to earn an income. Nevada is a challenging market evidenced by our #1 ranking of foreclosure homes. Buyers in this market need an experienced loan officer who knows this products and who knows how to get a loan done in today's risk-averse lending market.
I was born and raised in the Delaware Valley (South Jersey/Philadelphia) area but have come to enjoy the mountains in the West. I moved to Las Vegas in 1994 for a job transfer, quit the job but stayed. I have come to hold this state as my own. Las Vegas is a great town with entertainment opportunities to spare.
